Algunos eventos y predicciones estarán abiertos a todas las billeteras válidas de la red Solana que cumplan con los requisitos técnicos y de seguridad de la plataforma.
Las predicciones que contemplen una mayor distribución de premios estarán sujetas a restricciones de participación. Solo podrán acceder a estas predicciones aquellos usuarios que:
a) Mantengan tokens $OTI en su billetera al momento de realizar la predicción, o
b) Realicen una compra mínima de tokens $OTI según el monto establecido para cada evento.
Las billeteras que no acrediten el cumplimiento de las condiciones establecidas en el Artículo 2 para una predicción restringida serán descalificadas de forma automática de dicha predicción, perdiendo cualquier derecho a participar en la distribución de premios asociada.

La totalidad de las ganancias obtenidas por dicha billetera será destinada automáticamente a la billetera de quema de tokens ($OTI Burn Wallet), con el objetivo de reducir la oferta circulante en beneficio de la comunidad.

Predictions offering a larger prize distribution will be subject to participation restrictions. Only users who meet the following conditions may access these predictions:
a) Hold $OTI tokens in their wallet at the time of making the prediction, or
b) Make a minimum purchase of $OTI tokens according to the amount established for each event.
Wallets that fail to demonstrate compliance with the conditions set out in Article 2 for a restricted prediction will be automatically disqualified from that prediction, forfeiting any right to participate in the associated prize distribution.

The developer's (DEV) wallet may participate in prediction events. All earnings obtained by that wallet will be automatically directed to the token burn wallet ($OTI Burn Wallet), with the goal of reducing circulating supply for the benefit of the community.
